Sky Legend Development

Sky Legend is a 247 lot development located at Cotton Ranch Golf Club in Gypsum Colorado. This project was taken over by Heyl in the middle of phase one due to the failure of the prior contractor to meet schedule, budget and performance requirements. This posed an intriguing challenge of re-coordinating logistics and creating cost effective solutions to fix non conforming work by the prior contractor. Heyl was so successful at turning the project around and bringing it back on line that the Town of Gypsum specifically recommended that Heyl be used to complete the remaining phases of the project.

Shadowrock Development

This project was highly challenging in so far as the whole project is located in the middle of a rock debris flow basin. Heyl was specifically requested due to its reputation of excellence and proven ability to successfully estimate and complete technically complex projects on schedule and within budget

Obermeyer Place

Longtime Aspen resident and ski industry innovator, Klaus Obermeyers first development in the heart of downtown Aspen Colorado. This project had a unique twist as there was need to appropriately schedule and budget for an unknown potential requiring environmental remediation of the onsite soils due to lead content from mining activity in the area. Heyls commitment and understanding of safety coupled with extensive company wide training pre- certified Heyl to self perform the remediation of the lead content in the soils allowing for the project to seamlessly continue on schedule and within budget.

Arrabelle Square

Vail Colorados single largest project undertaken to date. A Five star hotel in the heart of the Vail village made this project a unique challenge due to its close quarter site logistics and accelerated schedule. Heyl was able to not only effectively manage the logistics of this complex project but also had the knowledge and expertise to maximize efficiencies enabling the scope of work to be completed on accelerated schedule and within budget.
